PAPER IS GETTING FOLD IN IR ADV 6265
*FOLDING ON THE LEAD EDGE (MIDDLE OF THE PAPER)
*MACHINE CONNECTED WITH FINISHER

ACTION TAKEN
*DISCONNECTED THE FINISHER AND THEN CHECKED BUT STILL THE SAME
*CHECKED THE PAPER PATH THERE IS NO OBSTACLES
*CHECKED WITH SIMPLEX COPIES STILL SAME
HERE I ATTACHED THE IMAGES KINDLY HAVE LOOK AND HELP ME

Did you check if the fixing assy inlet sensor flag is broken? The paper could be hitting that causing this issue.

PS51 is the inlet sensor on the inlet guide for the fixing assy. I did find this in the service manual if you want to try it.

hi,

havent seen this on 3 places before but have you checked the fuser inlet guide for heavy caked in toner lumps? Usually if the machine has high volume ive seen lumps of caked on toner on the guide causing jamming and little dents into the paper on leading edge, usually just scrape if off, hope this helps

I have a similer problem buton the right side if paper it fold and only on two sided , i chnaged the paper with new brand same problem,i changed the lower pressure ,i also discount the finisher and same i gave up thinking what to do .
