I have a customer with an Advance C5035 that has had continual problems with the feeder. When you raise up the document feeder, there is a mylar type strip that is catching the paper, occasionally. This happened right after I sold it to them and my supplier swapped the feeder for me, but now 3 months later, it is happening again. I can't locate the part # and was curious if this is a common issue, this is the only one I have in the field. Btw, the feeder is the 100 sheet reverse duplex model, not the single path. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
