iR1025if Fax Forwarding - Store/Print Received Doc - Missing

I have added an SMB address book entry and then enabled fax forwarding to that contact. This is working successfully.
However the faxes are being sent to the SMB server and printed on the Canon copier. (iR1025if)
I can't find the option Store/Print Received Doc

This thread is the closest I could find to my issue, but that option is not there. Do I need a firmware update?

So I'm assuming the documents are being forwarded and printing at the same time. I found the attachment in the user manual, you can check the setting by going to Additional Functions - System Settings - Forward Err. Settings. I personally don't think it prints as it forwards like other copiers do, it only prints if it didn't forward the document.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Print was on. I did turn it off. Then I power cycled the copier.

That didn't solve the issue. Yes, they are making it to the forward and printing at the same time.

Have you tried logging in through the IP Address and checking the Forward Condition Settings

Yes, I used the web interface to set everything up.
It might help if I provide screenshots so you can double check what I got.
This is going to a Windows 2012 R2 Server if that makes any difference.
