about Canon IR 2018 PRINTING

Good day for all
may be some one have more idea about the probleme i will explaine.
Every times i want to use network printer the writing still in the fil waiting and the printing is stuck there.

i m sure that my network cable and software (drivers ..ip adress) are okay..
some software blocks the handshake (i have said)..

somebody try to give me more solution..

Can you PING the machine from the computer ?
This is to check the network connection.
