Canon irc2220

Customer had Canon irc2220 can't pick up paper from Tray 1 I cleaned the spearted roller, Changed PAPER PICK-UP ASSEMBLY FM0-1658-000 but still not pick up the paper from Tray 1.
I can see the paper left up to the proper level.

any ides.

I think there is a bulletin on the shaft that drives the feed roller isn't long enough which doesn't give drive causing it to jam

Thank you i already replaced the pick up unit with new one and still not pick up paper i can see the separation roller moving but can not pick up paper from tray 1.
