ImagePRESS C1+ - Error E004-0040

Hi there,

I have the above machine that is giving this error. I have replaced the Fixing Main Thermistor (FK2-0608-000) but customer still complaining of the error.
The manual is not very clear about this error and not much help on the net.

Anything else someone can recommend I try?

Replace also sub thermistor and re-seat connectors related to the fixing.
