I had error code in CANON IRC3170 E0014-002 I replaced fixing unit and replaced fixing motor and still shown this error code.
your help are Appreciated.

Check &re_seat the grounding straps that go to the ITB unit.

These items can be found in Figure 102, Internal Components 1, items 25 and 26.

Reset all connection behind the fixing unit on DC board side.
Reset the Fixing counter in service mode.
I adjust right door i find the hook band.
Checked the ground in ITB as you inform me.
Lubricant fixing drive gear assembly.
