    1. service mode level 2: Copier > Function > Clear > REG-CLR
2.Check shutter on the patch reader
    3.Clean the registration sensors
4.do a auto color mismatch adjustment again
    5. Check COPIER>ADJUST>IMG-REG value If value 0 enter the values from the front door label and do a auto color mismatch adjustment again
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

          --COPIER > ADJUST > FEED-ADJ > REG-SPD:

The default is 0 and the range is -5 to +5.
          try a - adj

//on a Cross Feed (Operator to Non-Operator Side) issue ???
          >>make sure the lens that cover the registration sensors are not scratched > throws of readings> causing a misread of the registration patches on the ITB Belt.

          ? Performed a REG CLR in service mode level 2: Copier > Function > Clear > REG-CLR

what direction is the issue ?

DIRECTION.jpgor both ways/ check COPIER > TEST > PG 6 grid pattern test print

          also check your PG10 PRINT

If its in paper feed direction........ print a pg6 as Techkat suggested

            service mode level 2

LD-ADJ-(Color you have problem) with Return Y Skew Crrct Motor to ini pstn
Lv.2 Details When Y-color skew volume in vertical scanning direction is larger
than estimation, the Image Skew Correction Motor (Y) is locked,
and color displacement cannot be corrected even when color
displacement correction control is executed. This item places the
Image Skew Correction Motor (Y) to the center position in such
            cases.
Use case When replacing the Laser Scanner Unit to identify the failure position
Adj/set/operate method Select the item, and then press OK key.
Caution After opening and closing the door during operation, execute the
service mode again even if “OK!” is displayed.
Display/adj/set range During operation: ACTIVE, When operation finished normally: OK!
            Required time 10 sec
