Canon iradv-6055 finisher jaming

Dear all
i have a canon ir-adv 6055 when makein a many copies the paper stopped on the exit of the finisher and it gave a jam. I checked the jam location just display (ohm ) as i remember what is that mean ,

Check again.
I have never seen that "ohm"

Hi the jam shows othm jam the paper jams papers stuck inside the finisher and paper jams when entering the finisher.

Do you mean "other" found this it might help

Problem :
Jam code 0CA4 is occurring at times.

Jam code 0CA4 is described as a "Page Complete Time Out jam". Also defined as a "other Jam". No particular sensor is designated for the jam code.

Solution :
In this case, flashing/upgrading all software for every piece of equipment and once all software was flashed, performing DC CON Clear in service mode, resolved the service issue of jam code 0CA4 from reoccurring.

Aha thanka for ur post yea its shows other jam and theres no indecation wheres the jam ,that mean i must update the machine must work fine,the werid problem that when i change the finisher and use it to another machine it make same problem and then it works fine but i dont know when my client will call me again.
