YOU HAVE broken gears in the yellow and magenta hoppers. Either change the gears or the hoppers. same amount of work involved. They just break whenever

Changed a DC PCB about 5\6 times

8 of 10 times a DC PCB issue is a connection \ or wire tie issue\ or pinched wire.

I have a 7260 that has E197-2000 codes. The front right connector and rear connector get toner build up and need to be changed. Try contact cleaner first and air. The right front drawer connector is not too hard but the right rear one is and the left rear one takes two people or one smarter than me. The left rear one gave different codes for the fuser. It got smashed when a piece of paper got caught in it and it was slammed shut. We have seen the E197-2000 code on our 9280 also. This 7260 has a couple milion on it. Glad you got the other problem fixed as I was unsure about it. Change the connectors but don't worry about the wire harness that comes with it.

thanks again ,yea you are right i wonder how this Dc PCb fail ,what i conclude that theres a 2 connectors located on the right side for the primary corona and for the pre transfer one of it was pinched that what was leting the machine open all the hoopers doors when i turned it on .i taped it and its working now in a very good condition .
