Hi guys, I need to know the procedures to upgrade an IRADV c2220 firmware using a flash memory .

write firmware files to usb flash memory with service support tool, and get service mode - copier - function - system - download

go to download mode and choose your usb disk and firmware version.

Correct procedure to flash the IR ADVANCE Series via USB

1. Create a Folder on your USB Flash Drive called "iAC2230".
2. Extract the downloaded file to the default path of "Canon File Folder" on the C: Drive and then right click on the folder and copy.
3. Right click in the iAC2230 folder on the USB flash drive and paste the firmware folder into it.
4. Place the USB Flash Drive into the USB port on the side of the control panel and turn the machine on holding 2&8 to place into Download Mode.
5. Select the version to download
6. Select 1:Upgrade
7. Select 2: OK
