control panel of ir 5055 is not glowng

I am facing a problem sometimes machine is not in ready condition as the control panel is not glowing ,but some times it is glowing and machine is

in ready condition. machine model is ir5055.In 1 st case only the power light in control panel is glowing.

Error history? Can you get in service mode when display is blank?

Re-seat memory and main controller connectors.
