I can't find the manuals on this. The copies are darker than normal. If I have to replace the drum do I have to replace all of them. Thanks so much for any feedback !!

No you don't have to replace all the drums. It just relates to the black drum.
Measured density value of patch for Black is higher than
the upper limit.
Stands to reason that your prints would be darker if the density is higher than the upper limit.
Check the toner leakage from the toner buffer block
within the developing assembly. Replace the patch
