hi everybody

i have error code E 015-1037 in a machine and E 015-1031 in another machine

these error codes not mentioned in my service manual version 5

pls help

Hi,
According to my pocket guide the error code means:-

E015 -

• Clock pulses of the pick-up/duplexing/developing motor fails to be generated or to be detected

There will be an encoder on the back of the motor so the machine knows where the motor is at in its operation and knows that it is turning it is a small thin glass / plastic disk that will have some dirt or dust on it and the machine is therefore not receiving the correct number of pulses back.

• Excess current of the pick-up/duplexing/developing motor is detected

The motor is drawing too much power possibly because the cogs that it is running are either worn/broken or full of dirt and are binding against other cogs and the motor can't turn them properly.
