Canon ir2530 duplex jaming

again canon ir2530 a really weird problem , that the machine is working in a very good condition and suddenly it jams on the 2 sided A4,when my client tried to make copies 2 sided the paper in exit 2 papers taped toegther and looks theres a delay only in 2 sided 2 papers together exit.

i changed the paper thought its wet ,reverse the paper size to the 2nd drawer also i used the bypass and still jamed and the machine freezes gave on the display reserving copy mode or sth like as i remember ,to turn it off and on to work again , i changed the paper size to a4r it works normally without any jams and freezing .

Jam Log is included in the Error Log. To print out a JAM/ERR Log, perform the following steps:

Access Service mode> ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>2>8>ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

Scroll until you see "# REPORT" hit OK
Scroll until you see "REPORT OUTPUT" hit OK
Scroll until you see "ERROR LOG LIST" hit OK

Service Mode > #REPORT > Details
under JAM/ERR LOG REPORT

Please arrange to clean/ replace the duplex clutch.

Replace the Duplex clutch.
To confirm it you can swap the clutch with other clutch (but not with registration clutch).

i am having the same issue jam code 0109 while making duplex printing
as you said i swap the cluth cl4 (duplex feed clutch changed with cl3)but still facing the problem
help me

try to Remove and re-install the Second Paper Delivery Assembly.

The spring may be out of place; preventing the flapper from returning back properly.

See the image below for the correct positioning of the spring.

This is a old thread best to start a fresh one for yourself but problem will probably be sensor actuator has come out of place common fault

You mind showing me with a picture,a duplex clutch that need to be cleaned or replaced.I have the same paper jam
