hello friend i have a problem on my sst. i cant used the bi-centro.and there is no networkcut on the machine.ir 5000d. when i used the bi-centro 105 apears on sst. what should i do.please help me.

3.11 bro. i also have 1.32. version but the same problem.

are you putting the copier into download mode
