Anyone experienced this error before? I tried clearing the error using *28* but same error occur again after a while. What is the core problem actually?. Thanks everyone.

If you get this code on the machine, it means that M23 Hopper stirring motor has tried adding toner 8 times and TS1 inside the developer does not see toner.
First thing you can do, is to check that TS1 indeed is at 0 in I/O .
Once confirmed go ahead and do a toner S, this will force M23 to come on and also M25(black toner supply motor)to come on.
This will eliminate any problems with the motor or DC controller.
Performing a part check in function mode will not turn either motor on, if TS2 detects toner, so this check will only work when machine doesn't see toner on TS2.
After completing a Toner S, make sure the system is going to work by running aproximately 300 sky shots and monitor TS1 in I/O.

You should see it start to go between a 1 and 0 then M23 can be heard activating and then you should see M25 rotate toner bottle. If these motors come on you are good to go and black toner supply is working correctly.

I cannot see TS1 in the I/O section? Could you explain where should I find it?

black toner level sensor (TS1) and the toner level sensor (TS2) found inside the hopper, determining the amount of toner to supply to the hopper assembly or to the black toner developing assembly.

        E020-00FF (hopper stirring motor error)
indicates that ITS1=0 continues when the hopper stirring motor has been driven for 8 cycles (ON for 4.5 sec, OFF for 0.5 sec x 8 times) after the presence of toner inside the hopper (TS2=1) and the absence of toner (TS1=0) inside the black toner assembly have been detected.

The following user messages are used in relation to black toner supply:
        [Toner Running Short]
condition: TS1=0 exists 1 min after the black toner supply motor (M25) is started (no toner inside the hopper
assembly). state of printer: ready to print
        [Add Toner]
condition: TS1 and TS2=0 exists 20 sec after the hopper stirring motor (M23) is driven. (no toner inside the black developing assembly). state of printer: at rest

u need the iRC6800 Portable Manual to see the I/O "s on this model

see page attach for signal check / and pdf for other I/O"s

        P009= bit 8 = black toner level sensor (TS1) 1: toner present
P009= bit10= sub hopper level sensor (TS2) 1: toner present

bits are read left to right

currently at P009: (error code not yet appear)
          bit 8 - 1
          bit 10 - 0

Seems like I need to refill the toner right?
