I don't know what causes the bent corners. Sometimes I find a scrap of paper lodged somewhere causing that problem. 0113 jams duplexing could be delivery reverse drive unit. I have a school that had that jam code a lot on duplexing. I replaced the bushings in the reverse drive unit with bearings I got from a mod kit off an 8000. They don't call much anymore. Replacing that unit is not fun. Take instructions. TP13_095.pdf

If you or someone before you,
took the delivery door off to trouble shoot 0113 jams, here is what can happen.
Be very careful not to let the door slip open, because when the E ring on the front arm is removed, the door will swing too far and bend the duplexer entrence, causing dog ear and jamming.
Get down low, look at the duplexer entrance gap see if it even.
I think you have to remove the door to see it properly.
Clean or replace allthe bushings in that door, they get dirty and cause 0113 also

01-13 is delivery jam. The bushings gum up and stall the stepper motor. Clean them or replace them with bearings...part number for bearings is XG9-0709. These are the Oilite bushings on the delivery assembly that opens up. Turn the white gear at the rear of the assembly. If any resistance that is your issue....OR.....bushings on delivery drive are seizing. Nasty to change delivery drive bushings. Probably is the delivery bushings themselves. 62... series has bearings from factory...read...
