Canon ir2525i Secure print not appearing

Dear all ,
i have canon ir2525i i need secure print option to work its not appearing on scan tab and i have another machine the same model and the secure print is displayed is theres any option to make it display

i update the machine firmware , and also checked the settings inside the machine is not appearing plz help

Have you tried sending a Secure Print job to the machine to see what happens?

Compare this setting to the machine thats working

service mode > system > numeric

sw 11

bit 0 Secure print setting ON OFF

"> Select whether or not to validate the secure print function.
When "1" is selected, the menu is invalid.
When "0" is selected, the menu is valid. (default)
