Please could you help me with this jam 0114 in a randomly imagePRESS 7000 also get the error code E0014-0100
and I changed the sprocket 19t (FU6-0343-000) and reviewed all of the fuser unit
prints a while and then not want to spend the leaves are left at the entrance of primary fuser

Oil applied on the cover pad can hardened causing the steering roller, transmission shaft, separation roller and pressure pad to be coated with dried grease, & cause the fixing belt to drag across the rollers.


Have u Cleaned all rollers, pads and re-lubed the pad.

Have u replaced the 86 T drive gear for the upper fixing roller to resolve the 0114 jamming.
The part number for the 86 T gear is FU6-0336-000.

jam 0114--Check to see if the transport delivery belts are running backwards.
If they are, the two feed sections are to close causing one to run backwards. Adjust the mounting brackets to fix this issue.

Have U replaced the primary fixing belt assy (FM2-2215-000) and the fixing belt drive gear (FU6-0343-000)

the solution of the problem was:
- ROLLER, STEERING (FC5-9766-000) was missing too dry lubrication
- BALL BEARING (XG9-0177-000) inmates were locked and would not allow the
swivel unit normally
- Internally carries a steering roller shaft is secured at both ends of the unit, one side of the shaft was worn so had to be replaced (it is command to make a new axis since no part in it code manual).
replaced after all this the team is working normally

The Fixing Belt Assembly needs to be rebuilt every 300k for LTR size or 195K for 11x17 or larger.
The parts required for this service are in the 300K QA Kit: F02-5904-000.

where the SHAFT, TRANSMISSION ( FC6-0335-000 ) sits into that small hinge plate ????
