    Canon iRC ADV 2020 Prints blank or a few random text images.

    Canon iRC ADV 2020 WHEN ....Printing, Prints blank(white page) or a few random text at top of page..
    And will jam most of the time ( Thinking this is a tray 2 jamming problem thou..?? Maybe)

    Tried changing the print drivers to PS3, UFRII and PDL.
    also changed machine settings to correspondence to PS3, UFRII and PDL Drivers.

    Turned machine off when changing any settings.

    ****is it the Machine System software....???
    Using Windows 7 does NOT print or spool to a server first.
    4 computers doing the same thing, some have different drivers.

      Like to try updating the Copier System Software for this computer printing problem.
      Any one have the newest version for the iRC ADV 2020 Copier...

      Does the Advance series have a new SST.??

      Think this copier has 52.01

              Think this copier has 52.01
              You can update from the service mode.
              Enter service mode and there is an 'update' button on the control panel.
              When you find you way to the software versions it's the one right at the bottom, for some reason the latest versions are at the bottom of the list.

                  When you installed the printer on the PC's did you get a windows test page out of it? And if so can you get one now?

                          Have you tried to print some PG testprints ? 'cause you started changing Windows drivers ?
