Weired duplex jam using a4 cassette

Huy Comrades,i have got a weired paper jam on the above machine while using the A4 cassette with jam code 0201.
However on using A4R cassette the paper goes thru.I have cleaned all sensor to an extent of replacing the whole
duplex unit to no vail.The paper jams in the same place.Any suggestions are highly welcome Thanx.
NOTE;I have also done D-con clear with no success.

What's the model of copier you having issue with?

Am sorry the model number of the machine is IR5065N.After a long stressful day i could not remember to indicate the model.
