Error 012-0001 imagepress c1+ any ideas?

I am getting this error code... E012-0001 it says to check itb motor and drum, disassembled and everything looks fine. Does anyone have an idea of solution? Also when i repower on after this error... Fixing unit does not seem to be heating up and machine does not get to ready state. ANy ideas? Thank You.

Does drum & ITB move freely with power off _?

Check your door switches ?

Update...

I changed door switches (switch from bypass tray door) from another C1+ and surely enough I am not getting E012-0001 anymore. Thanks to Teckat and all you guys out there. Now I need to find part no. for this switch.... for the life of me cannot find it on the parts catalog manual. Does anyone have it? Thanks.

I changed door switches (switch from bypass tray door) from another C1+ and surely enough I am not getting E012-0001 anymore. Thanks to Teckat and all you guys out there. Now I need to find part no. for this switch.... for the life of me cannot find it on the parts catalog manual. Does anyone have it? Thanks.
