    Canon Imagerunner Advance E000001-0002

    Canon imagerunner Advance 8095.
    Hi, replaced upper and lower fuser rollers copier was working great for about a month and now getting
    E000001-0002, I now replaced all 3 thermistors. Has anyone replaced heater element on this model? Unit has 1 million copies on it. Thank you in advance.

    Main Driver Pcb.> fm4-1083-000
    pico fuses

    Check FU19 - 12v
    J19 pin8

    Load for fixing power supply

      the fault is not solid and happens after I run 100 legal size copies, letter works fine.
      I will check that though.

        That fuser has 3 thermistors. One main and 2 subs.

            We have the newer model that gets that code every 6 months. We replace the upper fixing assembly. Have not tried the heater element but something in that unit goes out. I tried thermisters and upper roller. They have two machines but only one gets that code. On third upper fixing assembly.

                    The fixing one also the one on the back frame it connects too, I think there was a tech pub on it. I am leaving my shop now but maybe someone else can post it for you.
