iR 5020i Problem with Send Func.

Please help me with my iR 5020i
I have this machine with Send Function but then I loose it
Before that I the mailbox function disappear too
There is any setting that I should do in the service mode?

hey meta, i would first try to reload the latest version of system software. sounds like you got something weird going on.

Thx Ninja, I know how to set the function but what I don't know is how come this function is disappears from my control panel ??

That's right Chrisb, there somethings weird with the iR, first I lost my mailbox function then when I load the system software I lost the send function too..???

Are u sure there is a bootrom.. Type N series.. kalo yakin.. Systemnya aja rusak.
try to re install with the latest system software with SST. atw kloning aja mas harddisknya..

The system when you install isn't support the Send functions. so the functions is dessepear, try change the system software with ir 5020i or kloning the software with the working machine..
