Canon irc5030 not adding toner

Customer recently replaced toner and now the black toner is not being added to the developer assembly.Not sure if anyone has encountered this before

I have not done much yet. Next i will remove black toner and inspect toner add assembly.just thought i would get some ideas

most likely you need to change your black hopper. Have fun

The sliding part under the hopper can sieze and block supply to the developer.

Make sure they didn't jam in a 5045 toner cartridge. Are you sure it is a toner supply issue and not something else? If the patch shutter linkage breaks or dev prop gear or coupling breaks your can have density issues

Take out add assembly. My coustomer hed something like this.
tey change toner bat one pice of plastic broke and fell in and block the toner.
