    [Misc] IR3230 Asking to be shutdown very frequently.

    Hi,
    our new canon ir3230 machine is asking to shutdown every 3 out of 5 times. Unable to figure out why. Please help.

      Could you take snapshot of control panel LCD to figure out how can i help you.

              Check error codes in service mode.

                      E749                      -0003 indicates that it is necessary for this machine to be restarted as a result of change in product configuration.

                      did u install any kits or make changes to network settings ?

                      check all interior board connections

                      pull out DIMMS > clean ends> re-seat
                      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
