Hi, i need someone to share IR3245 sst files and help me how to install from USB. Ihave a 602-001 code here and i dont have knowledge as to how to install from USB.

SST means service support tool file. Service support tool is a program you have to have. YOu can not install SST to USB. You have to register the files and it is a long process to explain here. Then you have to connect to the copier with a cross over cable or usb and install the software. The 3245 has usb files you have to install on a usb stick and hold 2 and 8 and turn on machine to get to download mode and follow prompt. You have to unzip the files and copy them to the usb stick or the machine will not reconize the files. If it does then you just have to follow the prompts. Best to have a service manual I think in your case.

How do i get the files onto the USB? Do you have the 3245 files?

You go to any technical store and buy one. They are called thumb drives, usb stick, usb drives. Google it. If you don't know how to copy files on a usb thumb drive you need to call a technician. You have to have access to the Canon tech site to get the software. Unless you can get someone here to get it for you. The files are too large to email I think. People here are suggesting you get a hard drive out of a working machine.
