I had a Ir5570 when copy a few page in single page or double side page always jam at the same place is before pre-registration roller ..i wonder is a sensor faulty or motor is faulty ..please any one can help me on this...

I think there's a there's a laser verify errror.
Machine model id read from scanner eeprom isn't correct or not matching.
