[Jamming] Imagepress C700 deck jams

Our press has started jamming from the pod deck lite b1.

Nothing will get through at all. Jam code is 0107?

Changed the three rollers and sensors sr6/7.

Will call canon support in the morning but thought I'd check on here first.

Machine has only done 400k, 330k from the deck.

When I slide the deck out there about 5mm of paper popping out. Same with A4/A3.

Inspect vetical path sensor on the printer.

Thanks for that, it's printing fine from trays 1-3. The papers just not leaving the high capacity deck?

Ok.So you have delay jam 107 only from deck. Did you inspect deck conveying and transport roller?
