[Jamming] Jam code 020E on C1+ on thick paper(250gsm)

    Hi all,

I have this jam code 020E that keeps coming up constantly but only when printing using A3 250gsm paper. The customer buys his own paper and guillotine's it himself. This doesn't seem to be an issue with the current problem but has affected image quality and scoring on the belt in the past. I do have another newer C1+ that prints using this particular media perfectly fine.

Anyway, it seems to print fine with plain bond paper (80gsm) but does crease it funny in the middle but anything above 200gsm it has an issue with.

I have swapped the inner and outer paper delivery assemblies as I saw one issue may be from the PS17 reversal sensor where the actuator is going back too far but this did not solve the jamming.

    Any other ideas

Himself slot paper for C1? Not good idea. Compare paper settings on this two C1 printers.

The paper settings exactly the same on both machines this is why it is so confusing that it keeps jamming. We set Heavy 5 which is the one for 250gsm on both machines. The paper is exactly the same but jams on the one and not the other.

The registration roller looks good. No problem
