    Cannon IRA C5051 Service requested

    K awesome people, i got an easy one for you today lol. i have a customer that sent in a ticket for a IRA C5051. the only thing listed as being the "problem" was a message on the machine saying "service requested". we've been trying to get a hold of her for a couple of days before trekking out 200 miles to be of no use to her lol. anyone know what the heck "service requested" on the machine means or is she probably just asking us to do basic maintenance stuff for her. any help is appreciated!!!!

      and call u back with results on LCD.

          May be waste toner is full.

              thanks peeps. turns out it was blue lines on any copies that had blue on them. yall are awesome.

                  It just means there is something wrong (Duh!). Often you need to press the "Maintenance" button to see the error.
