[Error Code] IAC5255i (Soft counter PCB cannot restore data)

Anyone who had this error before?


The machine is operating normally, the problem is that I cannot enter the user mode, or can check the machine counter.

alarm log says the following

00-0247
Soft counter pcb cannot restore data

what happens if you access the rui? can you see counters there?

you should to change the counter pcb with a new one

I replaced the hard disk and updated the firmware, that solved the problem for me.


odd problem , but now the machine is up and running .
