SST says Parent folder name not equal to TGBN description. Last folder name incorrect

Hi,
I have been facing this problem recently. Everything was working fine but now this error appears and the canon models are not seen in the drop down list. Please help. Thanks in advance.

'Last Layer Folder Name Incorrect' when launching the new Service Support Tool SST v4.03
If this message appears, press OK until the message disappears. Now you should be able to use the SST v4.03 and flash imageRUNNERs accordingly.
This is a known issue and has been reported. This is being worked on and should be fixed in the next version of the Service Support Tool.

see u have SST v4.04

try a uninstall/ re-install of that SST version (use programs own uninstall) ----------------will not effect any downloaded/registered firmware on that laptop or PC

also make sure u have only ONE VERSION loaded on that laptop
