This is my first post, so bear with me, if I don't follow ethics rules.
I have a Canon IR2380i, everything worked fine until yesterday, I haven't changed anything in particular.
But today, I do not seems to have access to it through network.
The Copier has an IP adresse given by DHCP. (Always the same since I have bound the MAC address to a dedicated IP for the printer)
When I try to print, it does not work (connextion to printer failed)
When I try to access the browser panel from my browser, it does not show.
When I try to send a Scan to mail, the mail never go out.
I would like to do a Factory reset, apparently it has fixed the issue for someone who had the same issue, but I can't find anywhere, how to...
I already know the manupilation to get on the Admin technical settings, Level 1 & 2, but I do not have any idea on which "CLEAR" function I should use.
If anyone could help, it would be great.
