I have a Canon IR-3025 copier that jams the first page every morning and if the machine sets for 3-4 hours without being used, remove the jammed paper from fuser unit close machine up and it will run copies all day & wont jam. The machine will jam again in the same spot if the machine sets for long period of time without being used, remove the paper from fuser and it will run. I have removed the fuser from the machine and checked it, there is no paper or object blocking the paper path, drive gear is not broken or cracked and the fuser turns freely. The drive motor and drive gears on the frame of the machine are fine. I am trying to help customer out with this machine that they acquired when they bought out another company. I don't normally work on Canon machines but have done some small Canon machines in the past. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks !!!!
