J1 booklet finisher , stapling issue. Please help
Hi , I have been having some issues with the stapling function on a j1 booklet finisher, when you try to staple multiple documents, or even just 2 sheets the finisher will only pull back the first sheet to its correct position for stapling and the others only part way down.
if I do a run of only 2 sheets to be stapled the first set will only have sheet 1 stapled but the following sets will be ok, any sets over 2 sheets will all be faulty with just 1 or 2 sheets staples and not the rest.
I'm looking at replacing the return roller assy but am really not sure?
any help would be appreciated.
