irc1021i only copy and print black and white

Hi,

I have a problem with irc 1028i only works in black and white if you want to print or copy in colour mode prints the black and white part of the original, the rest is white..... does anyone know the problem?

Did someone Prevent Color Copies using a Department ID

Is your Default Copy Setting set to BLACK



do a "Initialize Common Settings" = Is it OK to initialize? No/ Yes

is this when using the ADF

did u test any TEST PRINTS ?

I did a gradation adjust and was printed only the black part the cian yellow and magenta part was white
