Canon ir5065 e732-001

Hello to all ,i have a problem in ir5065 machine which gave my client suddenly e732-001
i did the below:
1: changed the comminication cable

2: changed the pcb which the cable connected on the mainboard
3: changed the scanner with another used one
4;changed the main control board
5:changed the dc also i changed the ih pcb and the ac power supply and the main power supply and high voltage and still the error occuared when i turne the machine on,the scanner moved a lil without the exposure light.

so now im totally dizzy if anyone can help .

pm:around 1 month the machine was gave e808 and after another week gave e25-0001 then the errors dissapeard,after i let my technian change the wall outlet, and after that i let him to change the ih power supply with ir5570 pcb ih is this can cos this ? Cos the machine was working fine and after a few says this the e732 happend .

Can be either ac driver assy or the ac power supply unit!

Check to make sure connector J9013 near the DC Power Supply has not been disconnected.

Check for 24 Volts into the Interface PCB at J301 Pin 1.
If the 24 Volts is not present, check for for 24 Volts at the DC-DC PCB on connectors J123 Pin 1 and J127 Pin 4.
If 24 Volts is present at J123 but not at J127, replace the DC-DC PCB. If no Voltage is present at either connector, then check the Jumper located under the DC Controller.

Replacement of the 13 volt converter PCB May be required to resolve the E732-0001 error code.
13 Volt Converter PCB part number is FM2-9869-000.

Thank you all ,my problem solved after i changed 5 cables and the power supply that located under the hv pcb
