    ir 2270 error 732-10....error 240-05

    Hi,
    I have ir 2270 with an intermittent error, the machine after picking up the paper stand printing until the error 732-10 appears and the machine re-start automatically, then I have to remove the paper jam just at the beginning of the registration roller.
    It only happens as a copier as a printer, it works fine.....
    I replaced the contact sensor, but the problem is still there.

    Does anyone know the problem?

    All the best

    I believe the 700serieserror codes are external components, check all cables including ADF that are connected to copier

      ======================
      Check > Ribbon cable from Main Controller to Reader Controller
      At Reader Controller the silver side of cable should be visible,
      on Main Controller the blue side of the cable should be visible.

      E732-0001 can be displayed when the DDI-S communication error occurs, meaning the communication between the Reader and MCON

      1.Remove> Re-insert the connector J1014 ( reader wire harness for DDI communication) on the Main controller PCB.

      2. If the symptom still occurs, pull the memory and DIMM connected to the main controller PCB (J1004) and the DC controller PCB (J381).
      Clean the contacts with a clear rubber erasure and re-insert the DIMM connected to the main controller PCB (J1004) and the DC controller PCB (J381).

      3. If the symptom still occurs, replace the Reader Controller PCB with a new one. FG3-3765-000 = Reader Controller PCB Assembly

      ================================================== ================================================== =======
      To verify if error code is related to a failure of the MN-CON or Reader Controller enter service mode and set W/SCNR to 0 and reboot the imageRUNNER .
      If no error is displayed and imageRUNNER comes to a ready state then problem is located in the scanner assembly.

      After verification of issue location perform the following voltage checks
      Connector J1016 (Flat Ribbon Cable)
      Pin #32: 2.7 to .7 to 0V at idle. (Outputted from Reader Controller PCB, these are the initialization voltages) Voltage value should not drop to 0V until the Scanner Assembly is idle.
      Pin#33: 1.8 to .9 to 0V at idle (Outputted from Reader Controller PCB, these are the initialization voltages) Voltage value should not drop to 0V until the Scanner Assembly is idle.
      Pin#37: 1.6V constant (Outputted from MN-CON PCB)
      Pin#38: 0V constant
      Pin#39: 3.26V constant (Outputted from MN-CON PCB)
      Pin#43: 3.45V constant (Outputted from MN-CON PCB)

      If voltages on pins 32 and 33 do not match these readings then replace the Reader Controller PCB (FG3-3765-000).

      If voltages on pins 37, 38, 39 and 43 do not match these readings replace the Main Controller PCB (FM2-3226-000).

        Hi,

        I replaced Ribbon cable from Main Controller to Reader Controller and that was the problem

        thanks a lot Mr teckat
