Canon Ir3035 delay jam at PS4A when making two sided copies

Hello I have a canon with a jamming problem. It feeds but stops and says a delay jam at PS4A every time making two sided copies.
Jam code 010A sensor PS4A. I have checked all the little black tabs 6 of them, they are all fine.
Has anyone had this problem ? and if so what was done to fix this problem?
Please any help would much be appreciated.
