Hello my friends, does anyone could help me please with these errors code?..
The user send a document to print, but it does not. Instead the machine stay "Processing......." so we have to restart the machine, sometimes after restarting the machine prints the document but sometimes does not. These are the errors code.
- We try with PLC5e, PLC6 and UFR drivers. (not solve the problem)
- We try reinstalling drivers (not solve the problem)
The users just send a few pages, but the machine registered 3000 pages in some cases.
We are going to try to change firmware to 48.02. Let you know if it solves the problem. But if someone cuolp help me with this problem, it will be very helpfull.. Thank you!!!..
