title says it all how do i get into download mode so i can flash the system software? i cant remember. i think i hold down the 2 button and turn it on? if not could you please help?

Service Mode is entered by selecting the Additional Functions key, 2 key, then the 8 key and finally the Additional Function key.
Do not select the 2 and 8 key at the same time or mistaken the * (star) key for the Additional Functions key.
If you fail to enter Service Mode, select the Reset key and following the correct procedure.
When using the SST, select "#DOWNLOAD" in the service mode to place the main unit in the download mode.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
