    3245 color scan issue

    Customer says when scanning in a color scan, the result shows a turquoise band on bottom of document. It will scan b/w in fine and all copies and prints come out fine, only issue is when scanning in a color document. Any ideas? Won't be at customers to actually see for myself until next week but thought I'd see if anyone else has come across it.

    Do a reader ram clear,then redo white levels under CCD in service mode. Reseat cables to reader and CIS unit. If this don't work replace the CIS...
