    Canon iR3035 - Scan to email End Code #753

    This printer had been working scanning to email to Office 365. I have other similar Canon printers set up the same way as this one. Yesterday I began to get End Code #753 - Cause "A TCP/IP error occurred while sending an e-mail message. (Socket, Select error, etc.)" with the remedy "Check the network cables and connectors. If the machine still does not operate normally, turn the main power OFF, and then back ON."

    I have ruled out it being a network issue. I have been able to print and ping it. I have tried different network ports that I know are working. I have clear the MMI settings and entered all of network and email settings back and continue to get the same error. I hav verified that other printers are scanning to email.

    Is there something that I missing that I could try or could this be a hardware issue?
