i get flow and black lines in the image

that flow appears only in copying or scanning

i tried to adjust the ccd board in the scanner carriage by adjusting the two screws

but error E225 appears after repeat the sequence the black lines appears again

is there any procedure to adjust it (without error and without black)

pls don't advice me to change the whole carriage (it is highly cost)

there is no adjustment on CCD UNIT---who told u > u can adjust
did u clean the Slit Glass ?

don't have to many options
-Disconnect and then connect the flexible cable.
-Replace the flexible cable (FM4-0589-000,
CCD unit, and or reader controller PCB.

u may get HYTEC to repair

Copying from the glass or stream reading? Don't mess with the carriage. If when stream reading, change the read position manually in service mode under adjust. If when scanning from glass you might need to replace the carriage(CIS).

I think everything else around the CIS unit has been posted. It sucks but replacing this unit should be on the list of possibility's. We brought one back to the shop and tried everything and in the end, a new scan unit took care of the problem.
