Hi guys ,

We have a copier ir5065 on network printing in customer place. Did you all have face with this problem when you want to print the computer is in offline. And this only happen intermittent on the computer. You can't switch to online back in the computer.

How to solve this problem in the computer ? What are the setting either in our copier or computer ?

One thing to check is to see if you have duplicate ip address on network when this happens. Ping copier and then unplug from network and see if you get a reply.

Thank you dan777 for your comment you have enlighten me on this area. I will check on this area. But sometimes if i encounter this problem i will delete the printer driver and re install. But sometimes it wll not work the problem will come back.

1.Go to printer properties.
2.Click Ports on top of window.
3.Click configure port.
4.Uncheck SNMP status.
