Canon iR ADV 4035i

I am have two issues with this Canon iR-Adv-4035i copier.

1st issue is... the Copy Quality is Bad. Shaded Background & Light bands lead edge to trail edge. I replaced the Drum unit thinking it was the issue. Exact same problem still occurring. wondering about the DV unit. but the machine has very low print count, like 35k

2nd issue is...the Finisher is not Pushing the very first page over far enough to staple. this only happens on the first page only,
if multiple sets are sent to print the the rest of the sets staple fine. its only the very first sheet.

to the case of getting dirty copies with dark background.. try to consider the type of toner powder your machine consume before.. try to replace it with the the type that come with your machine...

for the case of stapling the first set only, just try to service the finisher and look for any broken plastics that secure rubber in place on handles that moves papers to be stapled...
