Inside the toner hopper case, if you remove the toner cartridge there is a seal of some sort on the bottom (about 2 inches long and 1 inch wide). The seal is the same on all four toners. This is missing on the black hopper at my customers office. Parts book doesn't really show me anything but the shutter and shutter cover. Does anyone know if I can order just this seal or is it pre-installed on the case itself and I have to replace the whole thing.

The reason I ruled that out, is the mylar piece is exactly the same on each color yet the shutter part number is different for black vs color, but I will order it and see. Thanks.Comment
