    IPC6000 imagepress c6000 c7000 AB2 eeprom controller pcb issue

I am fighting with the AB2 finisher on one of my printers. I had the finisher lower tray start binding up looks like it went too high, and in the past replacing the finisher board has fixed this type of issue once I lowered the tray. E0733-000

This time it doesn't I was wondering if the tray height sensor is going out. I have replaced the finisher control PCB and damaged the eeprom moving it so I ordered some new ones and after installing its now giving me eeprom errors E 505 007 02 do I need to flash these somehow the first time?

Every time I try and power up the machine I get E733-000 or E711-0001 unless I turn off the finisher and power up without it attached.
this is an older machine so I was wondering if I need to replace all of those or tray position sensors with the new style ones.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Use USB stick to Firmware update everything.
